Location. The Tuscany Wine Estate Resort stands along a tree lined ridge in Pokolbin, New South Wales, Australia. Hunter Valley Gardens and The Vintage Golf Club are located five kilometers from the hotel.

Approximate distance to the hotel is 70 kilometers.
Turn right onto Newcastle and Port Stephens Road.
Continue approximately 400 meters to a round about and turn right.
Travel approximately 10 kilometers and turn left onto Pacific Highway.
Travel one kilometer to the Hunter River.
Cross the bridge and turn right into Hexham.
The road becomes the New England Highway.
Travel approximately 40 kilometers and watch for signs for Singleton.
Travel through the towns Rutherford, Lochinvar, Greta, and Braxton.
Eight kilometers north of Branxton in the direction of Singleton, turn left onto Hermitage Road.
Cross the railway line and travel nine kilometers on Hermitage Road.
Turn right onto Mistletoe Lance.
The second driveway on the right leads to the resort reception area.
